Above the breathable underwear, wear a t-shirt, a fleece, a good breathable windbreaker and socks. It is always good to bring something that protects you from the sun, such as a cap or bandana, and sunglasses. A change of clothing should not be missing: you will need it after the grueling climb.<\/p>\n
